This is a compilation by ZTV Music On Sight, a music video subscription service for professional disc jockeys based in Seattle, Washington.
The format is U-matic, an analog recording 3⁄4" (1.9 cm) wide videocassette. This was among the first video formats to contain the videotape inside a cassette, as opposed to the various Reel-to-Reel.
The compilation includes "White Lines" by Duran Duran, a music video shot in January 1995 with Director Nick Egan.
