The track is a cross between a love song and a rally-cry for a warrior, which features in the final credits of the 1985 movie starring Arnold Schwarzenegger. The song is produced by Bernard Edwards with Andy Taylor and was only available on the Commando movie until the 2005 release of the remastered The Power Station (2 Disc Set) under the new title of "Someday, Somehow, Someone's Gotta Pay", words taken from the movie poster. "We Fight For Love" did not feature on the Commando soundtrack album.
