The album is the soundtrack to the action film The Saint, directed by Phillip Noyce and stars Val Kilmer. The compilation includes an updated version of the theme music from the 1960s television series of the same name. Also featured is "Out of My Mind" by Duran Duran, a song used during the closing credits of the film.
