Featuring a collection of songs by various UK artists, the album was issued in a white stickered sleeve. The compilation features two tracks from each artist, including "Hungry Like The Wolf" and "My Own Way" by Duran Duran.
Band connections include Talk Talk featuring Mark Hollis, who supported Duran Duran during The Careless Memories Tour in 1981. Billy Idol performed with the Neurotic Outsiders at the Hollywood's Burning show in 1995.
