The press pack was issued to the media in the USA to promote Rio, Duran Duran's second album.
The item comprises of a 1-page press release, which features a band biography of Duran Duran and information about the album. The press release was printed with Duran Duran and Rio, in blue across the top of the sheet. Also included was a 10" x 8" black & white photograph of Duran Duran by Michael Putland, taken in 1982.
