Background information[]
Together since 2009 after a random exchange on MySpace, Radio INK have remained indie despite winning the 2010 NA2R Pop Winner Award, Unsigned Artist of the Year 2011 (Radar Radio), and Pop Artist of the Year 2012.
After returning from recording in Studio City Hollywood during January 2015, Radio INK released the single "Who We Are Tonight", which followed the band's debut EP, Rocket.
In between writing and producing a string of singles, Radio INK have also earned themselves a reputation as late night party specialists. As residents at some of Sydney's premier venues and clubs, the band recently accepted various invitations to join sell-out national tours after catching the eye of international artists including Duran Duran, Danish group Aqua, USA's Neon Trees as well as Australia's The Potbelleez.
Using new technologies within their multimedia stage show, Radio INK roll from the club as Radio INK DJs, to the stage as Radio INK.
