The album was released by Promo Only, a music and video subscription service that began in 1992 for professional disc jockeys. This was the first monthly music service available to music professionals on CD.
The compilation is a collection of extended club mixes, featuring songs by various artists.
Included in the collection is Duran Duran's cover version of "White Lines", a song performed by the band during The 1995 Radio Station Festival Tour with its co-writer by Melle Mel.
