Onyx In Concert is an unofficial Duran Duran live album, recorded during The Rio Tour at the Hammersmith Odeon in London, UK on 16 November 1982.
About the album[]
The album is an incomplete recording of Duran Duran's performance at the Hammersmith Odeon, a 5,039 capacity venue located at 45 Queen Caroline Street in London. The show was the fifthteenth date of twenty seven performed in the UK on the tour.
This concert featured on a television edited highlights show, aired in the UK during the early 1980s. The 2009 Live at Hammersmith '82! was also produced from this concert.
The album includes "Make Me Smile (Come Up and See Me)", a track released as "The Reflex" B-side in 1984.
"Girls on Film" is a Night Version long performance, featuring band introductions and brief solos by each member of Duran Duran.
