About the album[]
The album is a collection of songs by various artists in the style of New Wave, which emerged in the mid to late 1970s alongside punk rock that incorporated aspects of electronic and experimental music.The compilation includes Duran Duran's first UK no.1 single "Is There Something I Should Know?".
Kajagoogoo's "Ooh To Be Ah" is a single released from the Nick Rhodes' co-produced White Feathers album. Also included is Culture Club featuring singer-songwriter Boy George, who performed on Mark Ronson's Record Collection album along with Simon Le Bon and Nick Rhodes.
