Mochuelo are a pop band from Venezuela formed in 2002, consisting of Mariana Rengifo (vocals), Alcides Goncalves (guitar), Hector Alvarado (guitar), Alejandro Yanez (bass), Eduardo Soto (drums) and Maikel Flowers (keyboards).
The band were a support act for Duran Duran in 2008.

Mochuelo formed in January 2002, to explore musical trends ranging from the visible to the surreal. The band began working with shades of electronics and psychedelia as well as trends such as indie, soul, hip-hop, funk and pop.

Mochuelo released their first album in 2006, supported by the young record label Space Music Records.
