Mechanised B-Sides is an unofficial Duran Duran compilation album, released as a podcast download by Mechanism Podcast in 2009.

About the album[]

The album contains a thirteen minute compilation of six Duran Duran early B-sides, including a cover version of David Bowie's song "Fame" released as B-side to "Careless Memories".

"Late Bar" is also featured, which was Duran Duran's first B-side on their debut single "Planet Earth" in 1981.

"Faith In This Colour is a track released on the B-side to "Is There Something I Should Know?".

The artwork incorporates a Nite Romantics design, featuring a photo of Duran Duran taken at Paul and Michael Berrow's Rum Runner nightclub during the early 1980s.
