Maag Music Hall: July 12, 2008 is an unofficial Duran Duran live album, recorded during The Red Carpet Massacre Tour at the Maag Music Hall in Zürich, Switzerland on 12 July 2008.

About the album[]

The album is a recording of Duran Duran's performance at the Maag Music Hall, a 3,000 capacity venue located in downtown Zürich near the train station of Hardbrücke. This was Duran Duran's fourth ever show performed in Switzerland.

Breaking the ice with "The Valley", the show kicked off with tracks from their new album Red Carpet Massacre. Simon Le Bon soon introduced the first of many of the band's hits by asking the audience "…are you ‘hungry’?" The crowd then went positively wild when Duran Duran launched into "Hungry Like the Wolf".

Given their song catalogue, Duran Duran filled their set with a mix that sampled recent material, interlaced with a generous serving of their familiar hits.

Tickets for the event cost around 69.00 Swiss Francs.
