Live from Studio Five (16 December 2010) is an early evening British magazine show broadcast every weekday, produced by Sky News for Channel 5 and featured members of Duran Duran on that date.

About the show[]

The show consists of interviews and topical issues, with an emphasis on showbusiness news and celebrity gossip.

The Thursday edition of the programme featured an interview with Simon Le Bon and John Taylor, presented by Jayne Middlemiss. The interview began with a music video clip of "Rio", followed by the Duran Duran members talking about their new album All You Need Is Now. Adding that the whole concept of the song "All You Need Is Now" is like climbing a massive mountain and if you start looking down, it's then hard to know how to continue.

Later they talked about some of the people who had worked on the album, mentioning Ana Matronic and Kelis. John Taylor explained how Mark Ronson put together a one hour mix of Duran songs, which the band then performed with Ronson at the Experience Paris show and then agreed to record some tracks together.

The interview also confirmed plans for a 2011 tour, with two dates in February showcasing All You Need Is Now.
