Live In Prague 2005 is an unofficial Duran Duran live album, recorded during The Astronaut Tour at the T-Mobile Arena in Prague, Czech Republic on 10 June 2005.

About the album[]

The album is a recording of Duran Duran's performance at the T-Mobile Arena, a 13,995 capacity venue that opened in 1962. This was Duran Duran's second ever concert in the Czech Republic; the first was on 4 December 1988.

The show began as the stage lights darkened and a heartbeat sound started. Members of the audience then screamed when the five original members of Duran Duran appeared and walked to the front of the stage. The band soon launched into the opening song "(Reach Up for The) Sunrise".

A selection of 80s hits followed before Duran Duran played "What Happens Tomorrow", a song taken from the new album Astronaut.

During the show, the band performed "Notorious", which unfolded into a cover version of Sly & the Family Stone's "I Wanna Take You Higher".

The show finished with an encore of "Girls on Film" and "Rio".
