Kaylou (born 5 September 1986) is a Danish singer and musician, who was a support act for Duran Duran in 2005.
Background information[]
Kaylou was born as Kristina Louise Kristoffersen as the first of two sisters in Gjerlev, Denmark. She began singing with the local church choir at the age of 6 years old.
Besides playing guitar, she also learnt the piano and worked hard at her singing.
In Winter of 2002 Kaylou dropped out of school after 9 years and left her homestead Denmark.
Supported by her parents she formed a band called Kaylou and released the debut album Kayloaded in June 2005. This album and the first single "Lullaby" are filled with all the emotions and the energy that Kaylou and her musicians have to offer.
