"Fox" is the debut single by Australian band Danimals, co-written by John Taylor and released in March 2010.

About the song[]

The song is by a band that began largely as a solo project for Sydney artist Jonti Danilewitz. But as time moved on it wasn’t long before Danimals turned into a five-piece for their live shows, transcending far beyond Jonti’s original concept.

The band were winners handpicked by Mark Ronson himself for The Lab, an initiative set up by Australia’s own Tooheys Extra Dry. The winners were flown to New York in late 2009 to collaborate with various musicians at Ronson's Studio, with Ronson producing the track which has a 60s pop psychedelic sound that evokes The Kinks, The Beach Boys, and the Zombies to name a few. This song was co-written by John Taylor and featured in a beer commercial in Australia.
