The album is by Hideaki Matuoka, a Japanese rock singer born in Yokohama, Kanagawa on 23 December 1967. The artist has said that while attending school, he was influenced by the music of Duran Duran.
The songs were produced by the Japanese based SYN Productions founder Nick Wood, who also co-wrote the track "Stay" with Simon Le Bon.
