Eric Boman is a Swedish photographer and author, whose work has included photographing the Power Station.
Biography[]
Originally from Sweden, Eric has worked in London, Paris, and New York for, among others, Vogue, Marie-Claire, Yves Saint-Laurent, Vanity Fair, The World of Interiors, and House & Garden. Eric's work has featured on many musical releases, including Roxy Music's Country Life (1974), Bryan Ferry's Another Time, Another Place (1974), Power Station's debut album Power Station and The Best Of The Power Station (2003).
Since 1988, Eric who lives in New York has increasingly explored art photography and still-lifes. In 2005 he published the book Blahnik by Boman: Shoes, Photographs, Conversation, where Manolo Blahnik's shoes take center stage in a dazzling array of intriguing and often lighthearted scenes and settings.
