Incorporating a split disc format, the A-side features Arcadia's debut single "Election Day".
On the B-side is "Life's What You Make It" by Talk Talk, a British synthpop band associated with New Romanticism that was produced by Colin Thurston in the early 1980s. Mark Hollis from the band also supported Duran Duran on The Careless Memories Tour in 1981.
