Dundee '82 is an unofficial Duran Duran live album, recorded during The Rio Tour at Caird Hall in Dundee, UK on 30 October 1982.
About the album[]
The album is an incomplete recording of Duran Duran's performance at Caird Hall, a 2.300 capacity venue built between 1914 and 1923 that regularly hosts the Royal Scottish National Orchestra.
After playing 49 shows in 13 different countries, the tour reached the UK. This was the first show of Duran Duran's longest British tour ever, performing 27 dates from Dundee in the North to St. Austell in the South.
The album contains recordings from the first and only performance in Dundee by Duran Duran. The track listing has been edited, which features the opening UK song of the tour "Rio", placed at no.3.
