Best Pops Sound Shower 2 is a 12" vinyl compilation album featuring Duran Duran, Arcadia and The Power Station, released in Japan by Toshiba EMI during 1985.
About the album[]
Manufactured in Japan and released with a unique paper obi-strip, the album is a collection of songs by various artists.
The compilation features "A View To A Kill" by Duran Duran, a single released in Japan with a lyric sheet and a slightly different cover sleeve designed by Assorted iMaGes (see EMS-17546).
Arcadia photography by Norman Parkinson is incorporated on the front cover of Best Pops Sound Shower 2, which includes the band's debut single "Election Day".
Also featured is "Running Up That Hill" by Kate Bush, a song paired with Duran Duran's "A View To A Kill" on the Spanish 2-track promo "En la Mira de los Asesinos" / "Subiendo Esa Colina".
