The album is a collection of songs by various artists, with all proceeds going to benefit the Rape, Abuse, and Incest National Network.
CD 1 is a compilation of 1980s cover songs, that includes a version of "Careless Memories" by American Indie/Goth band Kundalini Shock Attack. Eric Alexandrakis' version of Arcadia's "Election Day" is also included.
David Bowie's "Ashes To Ashes" features Dale Bozzio performing with Dax.
CD 2 is a compilation of original recordings by the artists, who contributed to CD 1.
