Andy Gangadeen (born in the UK) Is a British drummer, known for his band The Bays and also as a session drummer. His work has included performing with Duran Duran in 1993 on shows such as MTV Unplugged.

Born in the UK to a Guyanese family, he grew up in Walthamstow and took up drums aged 17. His session credits include ZZ Top, Jeff Beck, Lisa Stansfield, M People, Spice Girls, Massive Attack, Angélique Kidjo, Shpongle, Incognito, Faithless, Gabrielle and others. Andy has also performed with Duran Duran, including the band's appearance on the MTV Unplugged programme recorded at the Sony Music Studios in New York City.

Andy is a member of The Bays, a group of English musicians that only play live improvised jazz and dance music. They have never rehearsed nor recorded in a studio as they do not release music commercially. This means they are also completely independent of record labels. The only way to listen to The Bays is by seeing them perform live or by downloading free mp3s of their performances from their website - their slogan is "Performance is the Product".
