20 Years of British Rock hosted by Spencer Davis is a radio show box set featuring Duran Duran, released in the USA by The Source during 1983.
About the album[]
Issued with six cue sheets, the album was released as two parts and used for licence broadcast by New York based NBC Radio's Young Adult Network.
Part I aired between 24-26 June, 1983, and Part II between 1-4 July 1983.
The show was over twelve hours long and was presented by Spencer Davis, a Welsh musician and the founder of the 1960s rock band, the Spencer Davis Group.
The double box set features pictures of Duran Duran (by Brian Aris) and the Beatles the front cover of each edition.
The compilation includes the history of Duran Duran and an interview with Nick Rhodes. There are also commercials for Budweiser and the US Army.
